Premise:

Starman is based on the 1984 film by the same name.

An alien returns after being stranded on Earth 15 years ago. He returns to rejoin his son that he left behind and search for the woman he had fell in love with. He assumes the form and identity of Paul Forrester, a photojournalist whose dead body was never found in the desert. He is again hunted by government agent George Fox. A man that has been obsessed with capturing him since his first visit to Earth.
