Premise:

This series answers the question, what if the novels of Jules Verne were actually based on his real-life adventures?

In the late 19th-century, Jules Verne is a young man struggling to become a successful writer. His visions of the future attract the attention of the League of Darkness, a group led by the centuries-old steampunk/cyborg Count Gregory. Jules joins the British spy Rebecca Fogg, her arrogant cousin Phileas, and his man-servant Passepartout. Together they work for the British Government, using the lighter-than-air ship, the Aurora, to fight a variety of hi-tech and supernatural threats.
