Premise:

A man is kidnapped from his London home, and wakes up in a strange Village, where he is known only by the name Number Six. Various Village Officers-in-Charge, always called Number Two, use various methods (interrogation, brainwashing, and other types of manipulation) to try to find out why Number Six resigned his job as a secret agent of the British government. Meanwhile, Number Six investigates Number One's identity and attempts various plans to escape.
