Premise:

After a violent storm at sea, the body of a mysterious man is found near the Naval Undersea Center. The mysterious man has webbed hands and gills, light sensitive eyes, can breathe underwater, swim faster than a dolphin and dive to incredible depths. He is treated by Doctor Elizabeth Merrill and given the human name Mark Harris. In return for their help, Mark agrees to work for the Foundation of Ocean Research, where he encounters several bizarre phenomena.
