Synopsis:

It has been one year since the 4400 returned. NTAC agent Tom Baldwin has returned in a limited capacity, assigned only to desk duty as punishment for his act of insubordination. Diana finally finds a way to convince Nina Jarvis, the new head of the Pacific Northwest Division of NTAC, to Tom back. Diana also formally adopts Maia.

Meanwhile, Richard, Lily and the baby Isabelle are living in meager conditions in a mountain cabin, hiding from Jordan Collier and NTAC. Jordan has now closed Arcadia Estates, but is on the verge of opening the first "4400 Center," a place for non-members of the 4400 to discover "the 4400 within themselves." Jordan becomes Shawn's guardian, and enlists him to heal important benefactors of the Centers.

Tom and Diana investigate a mysterious structure being built at a psychiatric hospital, based on the drawings of a patient who's a 4400 that claims to remember her experience in the future.

Synopsis:

A mind reading baseball player returnee seeks help from NTAC, but is instead manipulated by the NTAC to Jordan Collier's 4400 Center. Diana has a surprise visit from her younger sister April. Richard, Lily, and Isabelle continue their life on the run, but Richard is increasingly disturbed by his daughter's abilities.

Synopsis:
