Plot Outline: The feature-length adaptation of Joss Whedon's TV show, Firefly. The movie takes place five hundred years in the future, 6 months after the TV series ended, aboard the transport ship "Serenity." The crew find themselves caught between the powerful Universal Alliance and the cannibalistic Reavers. Hunted by these two deadly and vastly different enemies, they discover that the greatest threat to them may actually be on board "Serenity."
