Plot Outline: A futuristic action thriller. Lincoln Six-Echo (McGregor) is a resident of a seemingly utopian but contained facility in the mid-21st century. Like all of the other inhabitants of facility, Lincoln hopes to be chosen to go the “The Island,” the last uncontaminated spot on the planet. But Lincoln discoverers that he and all of the other inhabitants are actually clones whose only purpose is to provide “spare parts.” Now knowing the horrible truth, Lincoln and fellow resident Jordan Two-Delta (Johansson) make a daring escape to the outside world.
